Candle Care

Our soy candles are all made to order, please allow 5 to 10 business days from time of payment to you order being dispatched.

To help ensure you have a nice and even burn, follow some of these candle care tips and safety warnings. The first burn is always important. Once your candle's lit, don't put out the candle until the top layer of wax has melted all the way across. Liquefy the entire top layer of wax to prevent memory tunneling.

Never leave a burning candle unattended.
Do not burn candle for more than 3 or 4 hours at a time.
Keep out of reach of children and pets.
Avoid exposure to drafts and direct sunlight.
Never burn candle on or near anything flammable.
Always place on a stable, level and heat resistant surface.
Handle with care as container and wax may become hot.
Keep wick trimmed to 5mm before or after each burn to prevent smoke and large flame.
Discontinue use when wax reaches 1cm to 1.5cm from the bottom of the glass jar.
Crystals and Stones are intended to be keepsakes on your candles, if you wish to keep them in your candle when burning ensure you are monitoring the candle/burn at all times.
