Shipping & Returns
Please be mindful when choosing your products as we have a no change-of-mind policy. The customer is only entitled to a refund or replacement for a major problem with a product covered by consumer guarantees. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
The original shipping charges are non-refundable unless item is deemed faulty or damaged in transit.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Return to sender
Shipping fees will apply again for any deliveries that are unclaimed and sent back to us in order to have them shipped out again.
Damages and issues
If your item is damaged upon delivery, you must request an exchange within 48 hours from the date your order is received.
